EASY 3-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN

If your purchase totals $150 or more, we can help you stretch your decorating budget by spreading the cost over a 3-month period. Please read these instructions carefully to find out how:

  • Fill out the order form for the full amount of your purchase and add the following DISCOUNT CODE after your address: 3MOS.
  • Ground shipping is included FREE OF CHARGE, and your full order will be shipped as soon as it's ready.
  • The cost of your order will be divided into three equal payments. Each payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card over the next three months. Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation via email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product Availability:

Shipment from our premises is made in two to three business weeks starting the day after receipt of your order. Most NRM products are handmade as orders are placed. While small quantities are most likely in inventory for immediate shipping, large quantities are usually manufactured and shipped after 12 business days to three weeks. Please call us if you need to place a rush order.

Ordering Samples:

As a courtesy to our customers, up to 6 samples may be ordered by calling our toll-free number (samples cannot be ordered online). We will ship the samples to you at no charge, including shipping. However, we will ask for a credit card number which will be charged only if the samples are not returned following our Sample Return Policy, as outlined here:

  • If you choose to return the samples, they must be returned to us prepaid and insured. Returned items must be in perfect condition. The package containing the samples must be postmarked within 20 days of when they were shipped to you.

  • If the samples are not returned to North River Mint within 20 days as outline above, or if the samples are not received in perfect condition, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the unreturned and/or damaged knobs.

Shipping Charges:

  • We charge $6.95 shipping and handling for orders that total less than $100.


  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders that total $100 or more (applies to ground shipping only).


  • We ship via UPS ground in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).


  • Please call our 800 number if you would like overnight or 2-day shipping.

Return Policy:

  • Orders for 10 items or less may be returned within 20 days as long as they are in perfect condition.

  • A Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number must be included with the returned item. An RGA number can be obtained by calling our toll-free number during business hours (7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Eastern Time).

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the items, a credit for the amount of the returned items will be issued, minus the original shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee.

  • Orders for 10 or more pieces are not returnable and non-cancelable.
